Conference fees and registration
Please review the fees and the information below (blue box), then proceed to registration and payment using the link at the bottom of the page.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ FIRSTWhen you register, please remember to select from BOTH lists of fees: conference fee and ISHGR membership fee. (Clue: if you did everything correctly, the total charge on your credit card should be more than RM360 or RM370). If you pay the conference fee but not the ISHGR membership fee, you cannot go back to your registration to add payments. But if you forgot to pay either when you registered, you can go back to your registration to make full payment online.If you run into a system error, check if your bank is blocking payment or see if using a different internet browser will help. If the error continues, then pay in cash when you arrive for the conference. Please bring exact cash to speed up registration on 23 JulyIf you neglect to pay the ISHGR membership fee online, you should also pay in cash.Paper presenters please note: our submission systems are not integrated. Your registration on EasyChair to submit your abstract is different from the conference registration system. Therefore, you need to register as a new user for registration and payment. |
ISHGR membership fees
In addition to the conference fee below, membership in the International Society for Hunter Gatherer Research (ISHGR) is required of conference participants. If you're not a member yet, you will need to pay the membership fees. The rates are as follows:

Participants are strongly encouraged to take out three-year memberships. Existing members who are paid up for subscription year 2018 and would like to extend their memberships (until 2020) may pay the balance of the fees at the conference (cash only; US dollar or Malaysian ringgit).
